1. Please ensure your pet’s face is clear in the image. Only faces will be embroidered. The pet name cannot exceed 10 letters. At this time, we are only able to accommodate a single pet per sweatshirt.
2. Please allow 5-6 weeks once your order has been placed for us to fulfill and ship your sweater. Tracking will be sent once dispatched.
3. We are unable to provide a proof of the image prior to shipping. If there is anything wrong with your sweater once received, please reach out to [email protected] with an image for further assistance.
